After completing an application, intake, orientation, and soft skills training here at Missoula Works, our employees are eligible to be placed at one of our partner agencies for a temporary period of time.

After completion of this time period (approximately 3 months) and exceptional performance at placement site, the hope is for our employees to pursue permanent employment with our partner agencies.
